We see that many online retailers and manufacturers offer in home auditions with the benefit of returning the piece if not fully satisfied.
Has anyone actually done this? With which retailer or manufacturer? How were you treated? Was there push back on the return? Restocking fees? Etc.
Back in the day - when I would visit a dealer - I would feel obligated to buy from that dealer if I liked the product, rather than shop it around online for a better price. It's the right thing to do.
But with fewer brick and mortar stores, how are online dealers and manufacturers treating their customers with at-home auditions?
