RE: Headphone/Speaker Out from Cathode Follower Preamp

I apologize for not being clear enough.

As there is much discussion here about headphone amplifiers, I was looking for a way to take the 160volts from the tone stack cathode follower and input it into a DIY headphone amp with a headphone/speaker output of 5 ohms as is used by the old classic iPods.

Rob Robinette alread has designed schematics and chassis layouts for a 1 watt speaker tube amp that has a headphone out. I was looking for more information on how specifically to get that 5 ohm headphone out that works for both small speakers and headphones before I dive into laying out and buying components for a DIY tube amp.
