I had a Gain Cell DAC/Pre for about six weeks -- it was miraculous! Balanced outputs driving a pair of Emotiva XPA-1Ls in Class A mode into Zu Audio Omens. Truly outstanding sound. Love every aspect of the pre and DAC functions -- a match made in heaven for me.

Three weeks ago, my house was struck by lightning, entering the house via a very convoluted path and killing all computer equipment and the GCD in the process. Still waiting for replacement!

Very highly recommended!!
