SAE mk1b panel lamp info needed

Does anyone know the proper replacement bulb for an SAE mk1b preamp on/off indicator light. It attaches to a front panel reflective jewel via shrink tubing and the twin leads appear to get power from a pair of terminals from a circuit board that measure 70 volt dc. I measure no ac voltage but 70 volt dc when powered. Could this be right? Any help appreciated, David.
