8 6bq5s (output tubes) and 2 12dw7s (input and driver tubes)
That's not enough tubes for a phono preamp to be included.
A stereo phono preamp would require at least 2 more dual triodes.
It's just a stereo power amp with a volume control and multiple line level inputs with a selector switch.
