Amp/Preamp Asylum

Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

I am working on a Curtis Mathes tuner pulled from a console.The wires to connect it to a preamp were not included.The tubes all light up.I tried connecting two RCA plugs to the wires under the chassis used for the connection and plugged them into my preamp.I attached my antenna and I get nothing.I have attached a picture showing the rear panel.The damage shown has been fixed. I'm sure there are many of you that have solved this issue. Just need a heads up to finish.
