Class D Audio modules noisy when bridged to mono

Using a common power supply (a larger optional toroid), there is a fair amount of noise from both speakers. It sounds like it might be switching noise generated by the amp. When playing music, it is generally masked, and the amp(s) sound amazing.

I have a stereo amp using the same module and power supply, and it does not have this problem. It is in the same chassis with a module used to power the center channel, which is bridged into mono, and it is noisy also. I have contacted Tom from Class D several weeks ago, and he hasn't replied. I thought maybe some learned individual may know a cure for it. The amp system in question here, in all cases, is the CDA 254.

Thanks for any help.
