No way of knowing that by looking at his pics. Could need lots of TLC. Sorry but as an old gear restorer the chances are much much larger it needs lots of work. Alot of people replace the rectifier with a diode bridge then there is the VC , cone and surround. You saw the one I linked? Totally gone surround.
