Very nice DIY phono.
The Graham Slee Era Gold V was one of the better sounding MM phono preamps that I have owned. It also used a couple op-amps, a pair of Analog Devices AD817 parts made for very high speed signals including image acquisition and video. Simple layout, small parts count, but wonderful sounding.
I ran mine off two 12VDC batteries in series:
