Cary CAD 120S II

My cousin loaned me a pair of Cary CAD 572 SE monoblocks (20 watts into 8Ω) that I've been using to drive a pair of KEF LS50s, and much to my surprise, I really like the sound of the combination, although I suspect the spectrum isn't as flat as with my Parasound A 21 driving the LS50s and I do notice a bit of bass emphasis. He stressed it was a loan only, and that he would not part with the amps. Would a Cary CAD 120S II (60 watt Class A triode) be a worthwhile replacement or should I consider something else if I want to dip into the tube world? The preamp is a Cary Cinema 12.
