How big, really, is the diff between 50 and 70 watts? How often will you cut into that headroom?
Also, which amp does better into a real speaker load.....None of that impedance stuff.....a real, reactive load?

That being said, the NAD will rate dynamic power, the RMS being rated the same at all impedances.
As for the Marantz? that remains to be seen.....

An 89db sensitive speaker of 6 ohms, if it is of low reactance, especially at impedance mins, should be a fairly easy load for most capable amps.
