Why not? Two complimentary technologies. Remember, an AC regenerator, like the PS equipment, is nothing more than a fancy power amplifier with a sine wave generator. It helps your equipment with many attributes you can read up on. An isolation transformer simply mechanically decouples (no conductors) you from the grid via electrical induction while supplying balanced AC. There are also many side ancillary benefits, shielding, elimination of ground loops, etc. Another theory, and I hope its never tested, is protection from lightning strikes & surges, as lightning most likely never enters your house balanced. The choke simply a current storage bank. From an electrical engineering perspective it all fits together quite well...
