Harman Kardon - AVR20 vs AVR25II

Does anyone have experience with HK AVR20 or AVR25 II? What is the main difference between them?

I'm upgrading my receiver from an old Tehcnics one I've been using (which has gone wonky). These two HK models are the only ones I can find locally that I can afford.

I'll be using this to output sound from my PC and an HDTV
