One issue you should consider is whether or not it has been modified. It is a common amp to do mods on as you have the complete circuit drawing and component list. While the person doing the "upgrades" may mean well, it of course would be possible to botch the job. I would ask about the upgrade history, and better still look inside. A stock DH-200 should look like this photo.
