True. The midrange is excellent on the Brystons and probably more accurate. I love the sound of EL34 tubes but who's to say they are 'accurate'. I believe they are 'flavored' toward the warm, rich, and robust side in the midrange. And I like that.
On the other hand, I am truly enjoying the 'clarity' and effortlessness of the Brystons.
