Bambi, my room is 16.5' X 15' give or take a few inches, but it also opens up into a kitchen/dining area that is also 15' X 10' or so, along with 2 adjoining hallways, so it isn't just the room/volume. I find my room to be very good sounding, maybe slightly live, but that isn't a bad thing! It isn't as good in some ways having a dedicated room, as this is my living room. But it actually sounds better and more usuable in more ways than rooms that I have had in the past as dedicated. Those have usally been smaller in size and more difficult to position speakers or tame the room.
I appreciate the thoughts, I am trying to be a bit careful and methodical with this as money is tight for toys these days! Tim
