Cables sure look meaty as well and could loosen the assembly fairly quickly.
Proceed with caution I guess.
I have screw terminal strips on my ARC D70.
Admittedly I had to file down my spades to make them fit. Mind you I self terminated my cables, had access to a solder pot and everything at the time.
If factory terminated cables I don't know if I would have filed them down. It would have seemed taboo. Preferring instead to leave them "stock".
Probably would have changed out the strips for binding posts, knowing that I could always return the amp back to the stock strips if I had ever wanted to.
