Kenwood KA 8100 fuse blows

I just acquire a Kenwood KA 8100 amplifier at garage sale for $15. It is in excellent condition. However, it has a problem. There is no sound and it has 4 fuses 4A @ 250V. Two are on each side (of the four big black caps). Whenever I plug it in, two fuses on the left blow. Replace fuses then blow again.

Is it worth to be repair or to be thrown it away?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
