I haven't had any problems with their amps whilst I owned them.
For a 300i, operationally nothing was wrong. They replaced stripped plastic speaker posts.
Last kps25s service took longer ( about 3 weeks ) because they had to re-do all the 70 plus capacitors and resistors in addition to a general once over.
Other than that, their turn-around time averaged 2 weeks.
