Did you'all fill the steel tubes w sand and/or shot?I haven't filled up the steel tubes yet. I have placed about 30lbs of soft dive weights on each base (60 lbs total, lead shot sewn into mesh pouches).
I have been leaning towards the fine white pet sand for the vertical tubes. This could easily be vacummed out with a tube if needed at a later date. Lead may be a bit messy and toxic.
