For magnepan to give Guy, their long time friend a outstanding reference and let Guy use the magnepan domain as his email address, I feel Magnepan should at least do it as good will.Maggie owners are not the switch-o-roo, flavor of the month, what's in vogue type of buyers. They tend to be lifelong customers. If Magnepan values their customer, I would think it would be their best interest to resolve the whole issue, whatever it takes. They're business people, you would think if they are not doing it out of gesture, they would be doing it for public relation sake, or just to keep those customers loyal.
