My comments are also based on the virgin product. I simply stated that updating the XO builds on the 1.6's strengths.You could argue that updating the 3.6 will build on its strengths and I'm sure that would also be the case. However, the 3.6 XO is much more complex and the cost to upgrade it is very expensive.
As far as making money off the upgrade - that doesn't interest me. In fact, Ed Hsu has already laid the ground work for the update and a half dozen of us 1.6 owners have already made the modification.
