Plus, just a detail, but it seems you were very conservative with your higher crossover point since two Heils can easily handle the original crossover frequency even easier than a single driver. You might try experimenting with a lower crossover than the original to expand the Heil sound even further. It should be an interesting experiment.

And crazy perhaps, why not try three or even four Heils with lower crossover points?
