RE: Any simple to make quad esl stands?

You might check out Sheldon Stokes' website. Sheldon posted there his plans for a Quad ESL(57) stand. I recall seeing a photo of them somewhere and I thought they were quite good looking. They elevate the speaker off the floor some distance, which I think, improves the sound somewhat over the short legs supplied with the original speakers.
