The Music Room is an authorized Magnepan dealer located in Erie, Colorado that is listed on Magnepan's website. The link you provided is a link to the dealers product webpage that shows the Magnepan current new product offering by that dealer with the current MSRP of new product. The 30.7 illustration is the Magnepan promotional product photo that is the exact same one that Magnepan uses on their own website and presumably allows dealers to use on theirs as well. The price listed is the full MSRP for a new pair of 30.7 speakers that can be ordered in the listed color schemes.
