Slide off the top panel. Gently lift the grille cloth from its velcro fastening around the top and pull the grille cloth down as far as possible.
Use an electric hair dryer. You can set it on high heat just keep it moving and stay, maybe 18 inches away at first, gradually bringing the dryer closer until you see the loose plastic dustcover shrinking. Don't rush it! Keep the dryer moving all the time and you will soon have nice, tight dustcover again. Pull the grille cloth back up, fasten it to the velcro and slide the top cap back on.
