Decided on the positioning of the CCR. Hung with hooks on the back to the ceiling, with the front edge sitting on the shelf mounted to the top of the TV. Very little load on the TV and I was able to tweak the angle to exactly aim at the MLP.

One of the best upgrades I've ever done. The CCR fills the middle so seamlessly and opens up the highs in a pleasing airy way. Movie dialogue is enhanced, and I find myself liking stereo upmixed to use the center.
