Ok, so you got me it's not coaxial, but everything 700 hz and above does come out of those dual compression diaphragm's, which are annular shaped and are not domes by the way.
Davey is also correct in that the bass is very smooth, not exaggerated, or boomy and no mid bass hump, like in JBL's of the past.
