I don't fault Danny for doing his mods. That is what this forum used to be all about (Peter Gunn mods, DIY mods, XO's tweaks, parts swaps, bypassing, active XO, rewires, stands, wings, frames, delam repairs, chopsticks, razor, etc.).

His donor is probably no different than those that sent off their Maggies to PG for new furniture and a serial XO, but they were probably not new when they shipped off (except for the base models).
