Thanks Roger for the offer.
I managed to Duck taped, stapled the sock to the speaker. A couple of trips to the local Home Depot and Dale Nd I got the bent screws replaced. Dale even has the Washer/cap set that cover the screws that complements the back side. The front covers and the wooden caps were fairly easy to worked with. A bit of contact glue, duck tape, and a BBQ lighter helps to make the job easier.
