I have perfect shape and original 1.6s, too......and am resigned to the fact that they are worth ONLY what someone is willing to pay......
On a pretty much take-it-or-leave-it basis.....
These are VERY diy friendly panels and can be bettered with anything from a DIY reframe or a trip to Peter Gun (Magnestand) or any of a dozen vibration / damping / stand options. And that's not even getting into the crossover area....Skiing Ninja made a good one and for the REALLY adventurous? Take a shot at MiniDSP and build your own FIR filter...I've even got drawings / dimensions of a DIY inductor for the low-pass end which is the same DCR as the stock iron core but also features a perfect set of dimensions with the same number of layers as turns per layer.....of IIRC, 14ga.....
