On my Martin Logan's - vacuuming the panels is a common 'thing'. Sometimes dust etc can cause buzzing on the panel. Not sure if innersound would be the same as I am not familiar with their panels. Worth a shot. Idea is to cup your hand around the hose so that suction occurs on the panel.
