I have bought it several times directly from Magnepan in the USA, not through the european distributor. The glue can be bought in Europe in 1 L cans, https://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/913518J/3m-scotch-weld-30-kontakt-klebstoff-auf-polychloroprenbasis.jpg
A few years ago, a repair kit with 4 wires/foils and glue was $35. It is now a lot more but still far from the 450 Euros.
Last year I got this pricing:
"One spool does 2 speakers.
It is $25.00 per spool, plus shipping and handling $45.00 ."
