RE: 3.6R Repair

Those ends parts of the panel look they have gone green. Someone else might be able to double confirm but I think that's the colour miloxane starts to go when it goes bad, and it starts at the ends. I can see what you mean as it might not be worth doing anything as the wires seem bonded ok, but I might be half tempted to redo all four ends on each speaker as it might progress. Would require using acetone and cotton wool pads but you'd also need to glue back down then use 30NF. I guess as you have removed the staples already and if you don't put so many back when you reassemble, you could do this repair at a later date if the bass panels start to buzz down the line.

Or another possibility is that that green and red bits are some kind of extra adhesive that Magnepan added as they knew the ends often give problems, - not sure on that one. Maybe someone else might know.
