RE: Bi-Amping Apogee Full Range

Another thought - maybe the voltage output of your pre-amp does not match the sensitivity of the amplifier. For example, if your preamp outputs 1.5V and the amp sensitivity is 2V, then you might have an issue. Most CDPs output >2V (typical 2.2-3.5V). Try hooking your CDP directly to the amp and see if this results in adequate SPL.
