Mmmm - then you are on the horns of a dilemma! :-(( Or maybe you didn't quite understand what Rich told you?#1: they don't require bi-wiring ... the XO has been set up to allow for bi-wiring.
You can run them single-wired ... by simply putting jumpers between the hi and low binding posts.
#2: did Rich actually say "bi-amping" ... or are you merely extrapolating the concept of "bi-wiring" to think of "bi-amping"?
Because - as pictureguy posted ... biamping with the passive crossover intact doesn't buy you much, as each amp continues to swing the entire voltage waveform.
To allow 2x smaller amps to be used - one on the bass panels and one on the mids/ribbons - you need to use an active XO in place of Rich's upgraded passive XO. Which presumably means the money you spent on Rich's upgraded XO will be wasted.
If you don't want to do this (bypass Rich's passive XO) ... you need to buy something like a Magtech.
