4K sqft is a LOT of house for a single guy in San Diego; I think it was 3 levels, 4 or 5 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms. The heating and cooling alone would be overkill for me...not to mention the cost. Plus the kitchen was outdated and would cost more to bring it up to date.here's another shot of the rec room, again a huge room but the pole was bothersome to me:
