the orignal HT space is found with a pic in the gallery. The wall behind the old system divided the previous family room from the kitchen. In the new world, that is one of the walls that disappeared where the island now sits. We also pushed what appears to be the left side out five feet for more room and to accommodate building a gear closet. Here are recent shots first from the same perspective as the original system. The other is from the kitchen toward the wall where the HT will be located. Desk to be moved back into office once base molding is reinstalled. Will have L shaped modular couch in main area.Have in wall chase for cabling to power amp which will live in the "hidden closet" to left. That will be covered by a hinged canvas. There are AC outlets on the floor for the Acoustats and speaker wire will likewise come up from floor. MC-1s will be mounted on post to one side and wall on another. Which means the one on the wall will be upside down.
