Thank you Andy....I live in a 1940's building with 10' ceilings but sound travels cement and oak floors-do not know if the 'trade off' is worth it since I play a lot organ music and if even the best sealed woofers are an asset.
The proper thing is the 20.7 but they weigh 175 pounds each- a little much at my Joe Biden age group.
