Thank you for your thoughtful and informative review. Seems like a no brainer. I own the old XPA 1 mono blocks and they work well with my 1.7'(has to add an inductor to round out the sound and now use in in the balance mode which improved it a lot.) But what happened to the mono blocks (T700)you mention? Were they Vincent amps? Are their Vincent mono blocks?
