I was just wondering about all the energy coming out of the back of my 1.7is vibrating the chassis of the amps. Of course with dipoles there won't be as much going down towards the floor where the amps would be. I could also put one of the amps in the bottom shelf of the rack where the stereo amp is now. I'm not even sure yet if I'll be going with monos. I'm also looking at a Vincent SP 332. The monos would be Emotiva XPA-2 DR1s. I know, night and day power wise. I'm only considering them because of their dual differential topology and price and the fact that they're mono blocks. However I've been hearing good things about the Vincent and even one guy using it with 3.7s. It has 80,000uF of capacitance so it must produce a healthy amount of currant despite it's moderate power rating.
