RE: What causes panel flapping?

There will also be a noise if the wires or the timing buttons are lose. My 3.6 makes a noise while playing low bass at high levels. The smaller models have a rather high tuning which may be hit by some pop music. It is also possible to reduce the peak off the tuning frequency with a dip filter.
