Looking for information on these baffles

I am looking for information on these baffles, especially relating to the dimensions and shape. How was this shape\width derived? Are they optimum for the RD75's or can I do better?

I also wish to incorporate the tweeters from my T-IVa's. Is it a simple as cutting a slot in the baffle or is a different shape\size required\recommended?
