RE: Trouble contacting Magnepan

Getting back to getting Magnepan's service dept. to respond to phone calls---Not only did I get a response (within 24 hours) to my inquiry about terminal plates for 35-year old Tympanis (try that with Wilson Audio, about a speaker of theirs that old!), they dug through their parts bins and found the plates, found all the related parts, installed the parts onto the plates, and sold them (six plates in all) to me for $180. They also returned my call asking for the correct screws/threads to use to mount them on the speakers. I'm impressed!
