All hints/points that are irrelevant to "real" Maggie slap.

In fact, I think a definition of "slap" would be a good thing to start with in your patent application. I define it simply as the transducer diaphragm making contact with the magnets behind. Maybe you have a different definition?
Also, I'm not sure what "perceived" Maggie slap is. You might want to include an explanation of that in your patent application as well. :)
