That's interesting. I've been avoiding doing something like this with the 2.6's as it's always 5 times the work that it first looks like. But I think it would have the affect that I would like to have in the mid-bass region. Once I know exactly what form I want it to take the I'll go from there. I have a friend who does synthetic stone coutertops that I have talked to and can do a set of baffles for me. He estimates it to be about 80 to 90 lbs each but we're not so sure about inset metal bolt taps, which might kill the idea. I love the idea of a quarts baffle that looks like natural polished stone but it might not be the best idea.
