Sure, but if you are only going to use the amp to drive sub-woofers then why spend the extra money on something that will just go down the drain. Some would even argue that a pro-amp like a Crown XLS1000 would work as well - this is a Class D with built in crossover (4th order L-R LP as low as 50 Hz) for only $300 and weighs under 10 lb!
