Average humidity in my place is about 70. When I ordered my ESL-57 from Wayne Piqcuet I asked him about my humidity situation. This is his answer:
"Your humidity level is fine as the esl spec for humidity in the original patent states up to 95%. About 65 to 70 % is ideal...To have them in 95% all the time will do damage after about 5 to 10 years."
