RE: Receiver or amp to drive MMG

This statement is true. I currently use a Nikko NA-550 with (I think) around 45 WPC and the results are good.

Similarly, I am looking for a little more power as well because I think they will sound even better.

I'm considering some Denon stuff- they seem to care about the quality of the music, not just the sound, and I'm finding some of their PMA integrateds on ebay for very reasonable money.
