Hey Andy,
YOu may want to try the 3m product I show in addition to the Cascade. First off it is 3m so a natural match with maggies :)
And it does seem to be very different than the flexible "dynamat" like products...so I am guessing that it does handle different frequencies.
Looks like Dampliner is black and maybe Roadkill.....so find them if you cant get the cascade. I think you will find that even with your huge woodie, this will make a difference.
Nothing wrong with drinking andy...how else would our population increase??
